Why We Are What We Are
Our office carries an archive of fabric & garments mainly for WW&MW Woven Shirts that goes back to 20 years. We also have collaborations with 4 strongest Turkish manufacturers on shirts where we’ve been allocated capacities and merchandising teams to oversee our designated production.
Our young team consisting of a Senior in-house designer who concentrates on developing Ludeville’s own fabric collection each season at the same time as the mill’s fabric collection. This collection consists of yarn-dyed stripes, checks, coupe & jacquards as well as a huge print range. In addition to our own fabric collection, we prepare exclusive fabric collection for our partners as well. Our constant support on fabric quality development & design is our main strength.
Our Fabric Research&Development Team collaborates with all local and non-local mills to develop our own designs or our ongoing technical fabric developments. We handle the entire collection process for our partners within our own team, thanks to our long lasting relationships with the mills, we’re using each mill’s strengths in order to optimize the development based on their technical ability and our engineers oversee the entire process of fabric technical standards of materials and manage the mills on this aspect as well. Bringing out the best out of local mill’s hidden strengths is our office’s goal.
Our designated team of designers follow the entire process of development and production, ensuring to be our partner’s in-house representative, striving to achieve the optimum price and product at targeted timing and at customer’s highest standards throughout our supply base. Each partner is unique in its own procedures and our merchandisers lead a team at factories to ensure that every procedure is met in detail.
Our Technical Manager with her QC Team accomplishes in-line and end-line inspections and manages all issues related with pattern/fit/quality of the garments with factory’s technical departments. Factory is responsible for the quality of the garments but Ludeville ensures that each partner’s quality standards are well understood and met during sampling and bulk production.
